Therapeutic Massage: 60 or 90 minute sessions available $80/$110
Therapeutic massage combines trigger point therapy, myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular faciliation, cross fiber friction, lymphatic drainage, and soft tissue manipulation, to assist with prevention, rehabilitation, and strengthening. Treatment can also include "Comfort Touch" for those undergoing cancer treatments.
Swedish Massage: 60 or 90 minute sessions available $80/$110
The goal of Swedish massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: 60 minute session available-$90
Deep tissue massage can be applied to the whole body or just a specific area.
It is used to relieve both muscle and connective tissue tension. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Hello, my name is Ann Steward. I’m a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and owner of Spring Creek Massage Therapy. Prior to moving to Broken Arrow, I had a thriving massage practice in Oregon since 2016.

It can encompass a variety of techniques including Swedish, myofascial work, acupressure, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and other methods. Because I have a passion for helping people and providing therapeutic massage, I will treat you with respect and hold in the highest regard the goals we set for your massage session.

Your First Visit
Whether this is your first massage ever or just your first massage with Spring Creek Massage Therapy, feel free to ask any question. Good communication can improve your massage experience.
Your Comfort Is Important
Proper draping is one of the first things massage therapists are trained in, and we practice it diligently. You don't have to take off all your clothes -- you can leave on whatever item(s) make you feel the most comfortable. You will be properly draped to protect your modesty during the entire massage session.
The massage studio is a clean, calm space. Essential oils, along with relaxing lighting and music, are provided to enhance your massage experience and can be adjusted to your preferred level.
The residence is handicapped accessible with no stairs from the entrance of the building to the massage studio and a hydraulic lift massage table is available, for easier client access.
When To Arrive
Please arrive at your scheduled time, not early. Your appointment includes time for any necessary pre-session consultation as well as the full scheduled massage.

I booked an appointment with you last year at the end of July while I was on a motorcycle trip with my husband and two other couples. You came in extra early to see me for a one-hour session and I appreciate that to this day.
After my massage you gifted me with a tube of Topricin because I mentioned that my husband also suffered from back pain and we were going to be travelling on motorcycles for a few more days.
I have used the cream from time to time, but I have suffered from sciatic pain for the last two weeks. Tonight, I came across that tube of Topricin and figured I might as well slather a giant dollop of that on my glute and thigh. I had nothing to lose.
I have had no medication today and after I put that cream on I can honestly say I think it must be magic because the throbbing toothache type sciatic pain I have been dealing with all day has finally gone away.
